I am Dr. Juan Silva, an orthopedic trauma surgeon trained at the renowned BG-Unfallklinik Murnau and currently working with Endogap — one of Germany’s leading centers for joint replacement.
My journey began in Chile and has taken me through more than 60 countries before finding a home in the Bavarian Alps, in the magical town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
From volunteer medical missions in developing countries to serving as a private health concierge, my approach remains the same: to uncover the root cause of your illness and to treat not only the disease, but the whole person.

With the support of my former wife — a dedicated and talented pediatrician — I founded and led The Rolling Doctors, a full-time volunteer project. Together, we brought free medical care, surgical treatment, and professional training to local healthcare workers in countries including Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, and the Philippines.
